What is solar gem®?

Solar GEM® is a pre-assembled solar plant, forming the solar array, by unfolding the metallic structure holding the PV modules. The concept of Solar GEM® consists of pre-assembled solar plants integrated into standard containers. These are easy to transport and minimize installation works on site.

Does GEM work with any solar PV system?

GEM will work with any solar PV system and uses a standard immersion heater to produce free hot water. The advanced GEM controller ensures maximum usage of PV power that would have been exported. Alternatively, or in addition to, GEM can power any other household appliance from surplus PV power using the GEM export threshold control mode.
