The Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources (DMPR) seeks a qualified candidate for a Strategic Management and Planning position (Ref No: 016) at its Pretoria Head Office. The role offers an all-inclusive salary of R1,216,824 per annum (Level 13).   • Develop standards operating procedures for strategic management and planning for approval of SP, APP, AOP in line with approved government planning guidelines.
  • Facilitate the development and approval of strategic plans, annual performance plan and annual operational plans.
  • Facilitate the development of a service delivery improvement plan.
  • Ensure alignment of Departmental strategic objectives to the SOEs priority arears (output and outcomes).
