A WeChat Moment is like a Snapchat or Instagram Story. A snapshot of your life at that particular time. There are two main types of Moment. Carefully curated Moments designed by brands with big budgets and regular Moments published by regular people. We only care about the latter of those as they are the only authentic Moments.
